Register My Cat
In order to keep your dog/cat safe and disease free, we have a few simple rules.

Dogs and Cats must be:
  • Four months of age or older
  • Have up-to-date shots and records from your vet (see Required Vaccinations)
  • Spayed or neutered at an appropriate age
  • Friendly and non-aggressive with people and other dogs
  • Free of ticks and fleas and on a preventative medication

Required Vaccinations

The following proof of vaccines are required for acceptance into The Velvet Snout, LLC. Consult your veterinarian regarding the proper vaccination procedures for your dog and be sure they are kept current.

Rabies, DHPP

Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus. This vaccination is required per your veterinarian’s recommendation.

Bordatella

Bordatella is the most common cause of kennel cough (canine cough). It is a bacterial illness that is highly contagious, yet treatable. This vaccination is required every 6 months or every year depending on the method your veterinarian uses

FVRCP (Feline)

1 or 3 year Vaccine

Rabies (Feline)

1 or 3 year Vaccine
